The Interviewer Work Quality Control Programme (IWQCP)
means that a research company entering the IWQCP makes a commitment to adhere to
the ESOMAR code and observe the work quality norms common for the market
research sector. Prior to the granting of a certificate, electronic data and
audit forms were analysed. All data and materials analysed were anonymous, i.e.
making it impossible for the companies concerned to be identified.
This programme was introduced by the Organisation of Opinion and Market Research Companies (OFBOR) with the interests of both clients and the sector itself in mind. The research process is based on data collected by interviewers, recruiters, and auditors; the mistakes they make are difficult to amend and sometimes downright impossible.
The Interviewer Work Quality Control Programme is aimed at minimising the risk of making mistakes during the collection of fieldwork data. It is a comprehensive programme covering the entire range of procedures linked to the interviewing process, and developed on the basis of the international Interviewer Quality Control Scheme - IQCS.
Granting Pentor with an Interviewer Work Quality Control
Programme certificate is recognition of the effort put into the quality of the
services we offer a key part of this being the fieldwork.
