Customer Satisfaction Study: 
  • Since 1994 the Pentor Institute has been carrying out a study on customer satisfaction with sales and post-sale service (CATI) for a major European car producer;
  • We had carried out many projects for various car manufacturers (face-to-face, CATI;
  • We have also carried out satisfaction studies for dealers (sales and service) of various car brands (CATI ).  
Every year, for a consortium of three major carmakers, we do a large international study on customer behavior related with car use and servicing.
Clinic tests (at new model launch or prototype testing)
  • Studies on dealer satisfaction with relationship with carmaker.
  • A car park study, since 1995, with PAPI (in 2004 1800 interviews).
  • Brand imagery studies (over a dozen projects for several producers).
  • Study on usage of licensed and private car workshops.
  • Mystery Shopping studies in sales salons and workshops.
  • Model optimization and equipping studies.
  • Ad testing.
  • Several projects on the motor market (tires, car accessories, gas stations, car insurance, fuel cards and car control stations).
