We form a well-knit team of around one hundred, comprising researchers, analysts, and fieldwork staff. Most of us are specialists in fields related to market research and marketing: sociology, psychology, economy, marketing and management, and statistics and IT. We successfully combine theoretical and practical knowledge in our research work.
Ever since our company was established, professional growth and development has been of prime importance. Therefore we regularly attend courses related to market and public opinion research, and take part in sector congresses and conferences. Our experience is not limited to the Polish market alone. Thanks to partnership with Research International we are members of teams carrying out multinational projects accumulating valuable knowledge, and using it in our everyday work. We are also constantly learning from our clients, so as to support their decisions and satisfy their requirements as best as possible.
The efficiency and speed in the projects we do is the result of our team of 700 interviewers and twenty-two regional coordinators. We have regular meetings at which we share our experiences, solve problems, and receive additional training.
All of us, without exception, abide by the rules of professional ethics and the recommendations of the code of the European Association for Marketing and Opinion Research. We are active participants in the life of the research community. Pentor is a member of ESOMAR, the Polish Association of Opinion and Market Research Professionals, and the Organisation of Opinion and Marketing Research Companies.
