Pentor's own reports are based on consumer surveys
covering specified markets or problems conducted on the Pentor Institute's
initiative and at its own cost. The results are available for anybody
interested. Reports normally consist of a descriptive section, a graphic
presentation of results, and detailed result breakdowns in tables.
Retail Banking Audit presents the results of research on consumers' opinions and attitudes versus banks, and the behavior of consumers towards bank products and services in 2004, with additional statistical data about the retail banking market.
